- Passwords are never stored — we use passwordless authentication (email OTP + passkeys).

- Passkey credentials use WebAuthn with P-256 cryptographic keys.
Data Retention
- Account data — Retained while your account is active.
- Application data — Retained until you delete it or request account deletion.
- Email event logs — Bounce and delivery logs retained for 90 days for compliance monitoring.
- Suppression list — Email addresses that have bounced or unsubscribed are retained indefinitely to prevent future sends.

- Access your data — View the data we hold about you.
- Delete your data — Request complete deletion of your account and associated data.
- Unsubscribe — Stop receiving emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.
